## **SL EVO: Long-term Stability Engineered Into Every Reading**

A second diaphragm continuously measures atmospheric pressure, fully sealed off from the condensation, moisture, dust, and buildup that cause conventional sensors to drift.

- Two coupled diaphragms and two RTD temperature sensors work in tandem for stable, accurate output
- Fully closed and hermetically sealed measurement cell with no direct contact to the atmosphere
- Integrated temperature compensation and tank linearization with direct output of volume, level or pressure, even for tanks with complex geometries

## The Conventional Approach

Conventional sensors equalize atmospheric pressure through an open vent, creating a direct path for condensation, moisture, dust, and buildup.

## The SL EVO Way: A Dual Diaphragm

The SL EVO replaces the traditional atmospheric vent with a sealed reference diaphragm, eliminating a common pathway for moisture ingress and condensation-related measurement drift.

# Goodbye Drift

No more re-zeroing for humidity swings or condensation. The SL EVO holds its accuracy through the conditions that throw conventional sensors off.

- Built for any hygienic application, including outdoor tanks, cooling tanks, and other environments with significant temperature fluctuations
- Proven in applications like raw milk storage and beer maturation tanks
- Stays within ≤0.2% of URL for a full year, minimum

# Hello Ease of Use

- New display with optimized readout in both vertical and horizontal orientations, angled 45° for visibility from any installation
- 360° signal indicator with LED ring light and color code, allowing you to see the sensor status (normal, warning, error) at a glance, even from across the room
- Quick, tool-free programming and field calibration with one-touch setup via capacitive buttons or IO-Link, and remote firmware upgrade with IO-Link
-  Lower maintenance requirements reduce recalibration events, service visits, and production disruptions.

# Built to Just Work

- Flex Hybrid Technology runs analog and digital communication in parallel — 4…20 mA, IO-Link, and HART 7.0, all available on one sensor
- Calibrated accuracy of 0.2% of URL, with temperature stability of ±0.2% per 5°C (10°F) and a 0.5-second response time
- Smart Replace Design: automatic configuration simply by plugging into the IO-Link Master
